We’re thrilled to help you get your pup off to the best start!

Owning a puppy is an exciting and busy time for you and your new furry member of the family! The first 6 months of your puppy’s life is the most crucial time for development and our Puppy Preschool offers a great way to socialise your fur child in a safe and encouraging environment.

Join our Fear Free Puppy Preschool program as we teach you everything you need to know to help your pup grow into a confident, well-behaved and sociable dog! The classes will take you through basic manners training as well as provide you with invaluable information on all the things you need to know – such as toilet training, puppy care, health, behaviour modification and more!

We welcome all breeds & sizes!

$275per puppy
  • Maximum 5 puppies per class so we can get to know each indvidual puppy over 5 weeks
  • We welcome pups from 8 to 16 weeks of age
  • Class Times: Saturdays at 2:00pm
  • *All puppies must book in for their vaccinations with us at the time of enrolling in Preschool*

Safe Socialisation

The world can be a scary place for a new pup! We help your puppy gain confidence with other dogs and people in a safe, fun and secure environment.

Clinic Bonding

We hold our puppy classes in the clinic so your pup will get used to being in our clinic environment and be much more comfortable for future visits.

WE LOVE HAPPY PUPPIES

Our classes are run by Nadia Ruzicka, a highly qualified and experienced trainer who uses positive and force free approaches to puppy education and wellbeing. This type of training is fun, interactive and helps them learn in an anxiety-free way.

Nadia will give you clear instructions and live feedback so you know you’re both doing the right thing and getting your pup off on the right paw!

THE PUPPY PRESCHOOL LOW DOWN

Once you’ve signed up for a class we’ll need you to be ready for your first session, which means you’ll need:

  • Your puppy wearing collar or harness and flat lead (no retractable leads)
  • A mat for your puppy to sit on
  • Small tasty treats and lots of them! Ideally only feed your puppy a very small dinner before coming so they are slightly hungry and keen to earn rewards!

Positive reinforcement is key to building a strong bond with your puppy. Our approach will provide you with the tools to set your puppy up for success, and you the knowledge to guide them on their journey.

All puppies must have had their first C3 vaccination at a minimum before starting the class and book in their next vaccination with our vets at the time of enrolling in puppy preschool.
